Hi there!

I’m so glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported — just as you are.

As a Doctor of Social Work (DSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I work with individuals, couples, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply in need of a place to sort through life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating relationship stress, life transitions, cultural identity questions, anxiety, trauma, or burnout, we can work through it together.

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and human. You are the expert on your life — I bring clinical training, curiosity, and care to help you make sense of patterns, strengthen relationships, and move toward the kind of life you want to live.

I have been featured in a few podcasts, blogs, magazines, summits and have written a children's book on coping skills.
